- Develop and deliver technical training programs for employees.
- Create training materials, including manuals and multimedia visual aids.
- Assess training needs and collaborate with teams to design targeted programs.
- Conduct onboarding sessions for new hires on technical processes and tools.
- Stay current on industry trends and update training content accordingly.
- Utilize various training methodologies, including e-learning and hands-on sessions.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training content accuracy.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and make continuous improvements.
- Provide one-on-one coaching and support to employees as needed.
- Assist in the development of certification programs and assessments.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience as a Technical Training Specialist.
- Strong knowledge of technical concepts and tools.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to adapt training content to diverse learning styles.
- Experience with learning management systems (LMS).
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Preferred:
- Certification in instructional design or training.
- Familiarity with emerging training technologies.
- Previous experience in a technical support role.
