Training Specialist

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and deliver technical training programs for employees.
  2. Create training materials, including manuals and multimedia visual aids.
  3. Assess training needs and collaborate with teams to design targeted programs.
  4. Conduct onboarding sessions for new hires on technical processes and tools.
  5. Stay current on industry trends and update training content accordingly.
  6. Utilize various training methodologies, including e-learning and hands-on sessions.
  7. Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training content accuracy.
  8. Evaluate training effectiveness and make continuous improvements.
  9. Provide one-on-one coaching and support to employees as needed.
  10. Assist in the development of certification programs and assessments.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience as a Technical Training Specialist.
  • Strong knowledge of technical concepts and tools.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt training content to diverse learning styles.
  • Experience with learning management systems (LMS).
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Preferred:

  • Certification in instructional design or training.
  • Familiarity with emerging training technologies.
  • Previous experience in a technical support role.
